Our Desert Home in California

Our desert home is located in the Indian Palms Country Club, Coachella Valley, Indio, California, United States of America. It is serviced by air by the Palm Springs International Airport, 30 minutes away.

It is a prime location, with its beautiful, endless blue sky, sunshine climate and flowers always in bloom. It is economical, yet extravagant; a place to let yourself relax and breath in the freshness of life.

Our home away from home is located in a secure, gated, guarded community, with its own hotel and three golf courses. It backs on to the green of the 2nd hole of the Mountain golf course. Literally across from our home in this small HOA community, you will find a beautiful pool and jacuzzi spa. This lovely home is exquisitly decorated, fully furnished and close to all amentities. There is no smoking and no pets.

It has, among many first class features, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, tile floors, plush carpeting, plantation shutters, skylights, breakfast counter and wet bar.

Each of the two large bedrooms has its own bath, walk in closet and a sliding door access to the private inner courtyard.

This 1526 square foot condominium is very spacious, is an end unit, single level and is very private.
